About the job We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to work in a hyper-growth Series D company with well over $500M in funding secured that are expanding their product team in New York. You will be leading a team of 7 other Product Managers that are responsible for the evolution of the core Search AI platform and associated sub-category of products. This is a company that is at the cutting edge of AI search engine technology and provide a SaaS product that is enabling AI Search & Insights capabilities to the Fortune 1000 community. Using the latest Machine Learning, NLP and Speech-To-Text technology as the backbone of their product suite, this company is rapidly growing their market share and fast being recognized as the leader in this market intelligence segment. You will be responsible for leading the development of new Generative AI capabilities and launch next-generation discovery experiences for customers (including summarization and chat) and be responsible for high-velocity product management. It is expected the successful candidate will have: - 10 years product management experience with experience in leading multiple product streams and small teams of specialist product managers - Expert understanding of Search AI, Search Engine & Generative AI technologies with practical experience in leading the development of products in this domain. - Be a subject matter expert in large language model development (LLM), vector search, document search, embeddings and Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Experience in developing product strategy for a successful SaaS offering - Demonstratable senior stakeholder management experience and ability to communicate a clear vision to the team. Role will be based in NYC on a hybrid basis and will be expected to have close collaboration with local designer, engineering, sales and research teams.
